ALL PRICES ARE QUOTED F.O.B. BURGESSVILLE ON UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED
PAYMENT: Approved credit accounts are net and payable 30 days from the date of invoice. Otherwise the terms of payment are cash or certified cheque.
Service charges at the rate of 2.0% per month will be charged on all accounts past 30 days, without exception. All prices are subject to change without notice.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 60 days prior to the requested shipping date. Cancellations of orders are subject to acceptance by the management.
In the event of shortages at the time of receiving order or at the time of shipment, we reserve the right to substitute the nearest variety.
CLAIMS: All claims must be reported within 3 days of arrival of shipment.
